Almost Human provides educational information about medicines and health topics through an AI assistant. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

- Chat messages you type and the assistant’s replies.
- Technical data needed to run the service (e.g., IP address, device/browser type, basic logs).
- Optional admin “Memories” content added by the site owner to improve answers.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (like medical records). Please avoid entering highly sensitive personal or health information.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the App.
- To keep the App secure and prevent abuse.
- To debug errors and maintain performance.
4. AI processing
Your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate responses. The provider may process data on our behalf to return an answer. We do not sell your data.
5. Cookies
The App uses essential cookies for login/session security in the admin area. These cookies do not track you for advertising.
6. Data retention
We keep chat/server logs only as long as needed to operate and improve the App. Logs may be deleted periodically. You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@almosthuman.ie.

- Don’t share sensitive personal or health details in chat.
- You may request access or deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we’ll remove it.
